Can YOU solve the problem?
The IUPUI Math Club publishes a recreational mathematics problem every week and invites college and pre-college students, faculty, and staff to submit solutions. The objective of this is to stimulate and cultivate interest in mathematics, especially among younger students. Solutions are due (must be submitted) within one week from the date of posting and should be sent by campus or U.S. mail to:

Solutions may also be faxed to 317-274-3460 or dropped off in person at LD 270.
Interested individuals and teams of up to four participants must submit both a cover sheet (one per team) and their written solution (one per team). The cover sheet and problem can be found to your right under "This Week's Teaser."
Every IUPUI student team that submits a correct solution will receive Certificates of Merit. Each semester, prizes will also be distributed among the IUPUI undergraduate teams who submit the most correct solutions for that semester series. The IUPUI undergraduate team who submits the top number of correct solutions for the semester series will also be recognized at the IUPUI School of Science Honors Convocation.
The names of teams who submit correct solutions will be posted on the IUPUI Math Club website along with the best solution.
